That's not Jughead, but Edmond Curse, who is possibly either my Bat-fiction Mary Sue or my fictional Evil Twin.  Here's the full image.  Edmond and Jughead have met.  Jughead took his beanie back, which created some confusion because then no one could tell the difference between cartoon Cage and Edmond.  And we're so totally off-topic now that I must apologize to the OP.  Sorry, sorry.
