Theoretically, yes. But the matter is complicated by the thigh JCMs, which affect the genital area. Smooth out the crease, as morph or on the geometry, and the JCMs still recreate it to some extent, causing a cameltoe effect with leg bends. :unsure:
I'm not saying, "Don't try it!" :lol: By all means, do. A second skin catsuit could be good to have available! But unless the D3D program compensates for the genital crease, there will be these same problems that others have already had, when trying similar things.
