Render Rewards are issued as Gift Certificates valid for a month. You'll see them listed in your account under "Render Rewards" (-> http://www.renderosity.com/mod/bcs/account.php?BuyerRewards=Y), the "Credits" shown at checkout are something different.

If the information there isn't what you expected, you'll need to wait until one of the staff can look into it for you, which means you might want to email them some details rather than using the forum.
