About a year ago I got it to run under Linux using Wine, so it should run on an Intel Mac using WineBottler:
http://winebottler.kronenberg.org/
Wine is an API layer that allows Windows applications to run as native Linux or UNIX apps. (Remember, underneath that pretty GUI, OS X is good old UNIX) It does not require a Windows license
Below are my observations from last year, but I havent tried it since except under Windows...
I just unzipped the Morphing Clothes executable into Home/.wine/c_drive/Program Files/ and ran it by clicking on in it telling the Desktop to open it with Wine.. The only quirk I noted was that on the Transfer page, if you have anything listed on the output file path and happen to click the 'file' button, the program will crash. (I haven't yet tried to see if it does that under Windows as well).
estherau was sucessfully using it on a Mac by this route, so you might drop her a Sitemail...
