From the FAQ file that comes with Antonia:

"Antonia comes with two different UV mappings and in two different resolutions. The 'A' mapping (AntoniaA and AntoniaA-lo) is the original mapping made by me (odf). The new mapping (Antonia and Antonia-lo) was made by Renderosity member MikeJ and is cut more conventionally. There are free textures available for both mappings, so if you load a texture and it does not fit, be sure to try it with the other mapping."

If you unzipped into your runtime without rearranging the files, there will be a folder Runtime:Docs:Antonia which contains this FAQ file, and also one called VERSION which will tell you which version you have. I'd strongly recommend version 1.2 since future versions will build upon that one.

As BluEcho said, 1.2 is the one which is compatible with Wardrobe Wizard.
