You can do that easily enough yourself. Just load a primitive or you could even use the ground plane: in the material room, choose a material zone and set transparency to 1.0, Specular to 0.00. Make sure there are no values other than zero in the translucency or the ambient parts of the Poser surface, uncheck the Refl Kd and Lite Multi and save as a single material file. In the future, just select any material zone you want to make transparent and apply that saved mat file.
