I'm familiar with Poser's Shadow Lite cams. Their functionality pales in comparison to what I can do with Studio's camera lights.
I use a 3D mouse for both programs - the Space Navigator by 3D Connexion. In Studio, I can select the camera light for any spot or infinite light in my scene and then use my mouse to "fly" the light to whatever position I want, even rotate and spin it around. I can't do that in Poser. I have to use the parameter dials.
I've recorded a couple of short videos to demonstrate.
