Hi Melika! Good to see you here again!
Firstly, Im not sure that Vue can use more than 1.5gb or VRAM, so dual video cards might be a bit of a waste... (Someone else can offer an opinon on this.)
Secondly, you will LOVE that cpu I would imagine. I dont think, in my opinion, that you will lose much of the lifespan with the CPU being overclocked, particularly if its done in the store for you, since this will be covered under warranty, also people are gettin those cpus up to around 4.8 - 5.5ghz stable, so 3.9 seems fairly reasonable for a long enough lifespan :). The only thign that really damges the CPU is heat and Voltage, if its Overclocked by the store, they will have made sure that its running at good levels for those. Watercooling will DEFINATELY help with the temps, but there is always the risk that it could stop working (the pump) and then you are screwed (unless its under warranty still..)
It is wise to check out some other sites, like tomshardware and techspot on all the hardware you are looking at, and also consider the opinons of others on this site.
Hope this helps you a little bit!
Rich.
