Lol.. Me building a computer! Fuuuuunnnny. :) I can dissassemble one, I can tell if it's the power supply or the hard drive that's dead, I can pop memory sticks in; once upon a time I even did install a video card (and replaced a power supply...) but I've been suffering memory loss - and it's been getting progressive. Not a good thing to have when you're trying to figure out wires. Sorry, on the iPod right now. Hubby and I discussed it, and we'll likely discuss it many times over the next few weeks until it gets ordered. We took the monitor I wanted off the list, put it down to 8GB ram, and went with the awesome video card. We can find a good monitor around here (I think... I thought Alaska was remote- apparently the mountains of Virginia are the middle of nowhere! Hehe) It made the cost actually lower than the original estimate... But we'll keep playing :) Hubby works 12hr shifts on the weekends, and has to be up by 5am, so I'll be heading to bed here soon... Will check back tomorrow :) Once again, thank you :)
