My scene setup and render is nothing special -- no special lighting or textures.  Your plug-in and Lux Render did all the hard work!!  I just pressed your "Setup All Materials and Lights" button, then "Render".

Body Texture is VON200's free "Bonnie."  Furniture, hair and clothes textures are standard "out of the box."
