I do in Poser:
File/Export/Wavefront obj.
I have made a folder My Obj on my desktop and save them there.
These obj's will go great with Bryce via the Import option.
Only thing is:
I never am able to get the textures and colors from Poser this way.
I can do some of this in Bryce, but it's not the same as in Poser.
If you can live with that, this is the easiest way, I think.
