Yep - works fine as a transparency (opacity) map with .1 in there. I tested here on a cloth square with Anth's lace map.

So - to use the Lace Map as a bump map and a mask, set it to 1.

To use it only as an opacity map, set it to .1.

Renderosity forum reply notifications are wonky. If I read a follow-up in a thread, but I don't myself reply, then notifications no longer happen AT ALL on that thread. So if I seem to be ignoring a question, that's why. (Updated September 23, 2019)
