Quote - VERY Impressive !!! :thumbupboth: It appears that Part 1 plays for both Parts 1 & 2 ??? (on your website)
Both vids 1 & 2 appear to play correctly on YouTube.
Thanks! That's strange. I'm previewing with FF4 and IE7 and niether one plays BOTH parts from Part one. I guess it's no big deal, as long as you see about 22 minutes worth. ;)
Quote - Very well done indeed.
Very nice.
My complements
Thank you!
Quote - Very, very impressive! Well done.
Thank you!
Quote - What they said! Great stuff! Better than a lot of TV series!
Thanks. My goal was to base it on the style of the old 60's animation Jonny Quest. It only ran for one season and was canceled due only to always running over budget. It still left its mark on me as a kid.
Quote - Very cool! I could see this broadcast on a Saturday morning!
Thanks. That was actually the goal. Create a kids show that wasn't all of this morphin' stuff and was somewhat intelligent that wouldn't talk down to kids. And of course something that adults could watch too and not be bored to death. Unfrotunately Cartoon Network told me the animation wasn't up to their level and they didn't like the dialog. Oh well. ;)
Quote - It made me feel like a kid again! LOL!
That's great - unless you ARE a kid, in which case I didn't do too much. :)
Quote - WoW! Where did you find those Space ships and stations?!? Very cool story too!
Many of the items I used I purchased at DAZ and here at Renderosity. A few of the items I actually made from scratch, and everything bought has been altered one way or another. My philosphy is... why reinvent the wheel? If you can buy it and reduce your production time, why not? :)
My voice actors are all professional. The main character who voices Scotty - Brent Halfyard - also does the voice of the fox in the CarFax commercials. One of the coolest parts of this show was working with the voice artists - they were incredible and brought the production value up several notches. They were the best!
The first edit ran 34 minutes which I ended up whittling down to the 22.5 minutes so that it could run in a 30 minute time slot. But I guess that won't be happening anytime soon. I wish I had time to create a 2nd episode. The plot I have in mind will focus primarily on the kids with lots of action and suspense. Perhaps one day...
Again, thank you for all of the kind responses. I did work VERY hard on this short and it's great that it is appreciated!
