Here is my style of making poser animations using hand key frames. It might help. Its a little difficult in the beginning to make them since you are just starting. But think about the fulfillment you will get once you got it on the right places.

Still improving! I am working on a new one and this time its going to be much much better with less errors which I have learned to fix from the music video.
