The one thing that I would suggest as you go forward with you animation is remember that people never stand still, as you advance in skills you will learn to make the body move, sway, and rotate a little even when standing still.
But I have to say that was a very good video for you second try.
You are getting the feel of it.
I've never done a character getting out of a car, congrats.

I'm a newb at the poser animation thing too, though I used to do animation for TV commercials back in the 16 mm days, with an animation stand and cells. I did the artwork and the film work when I worked for a large ad agency.
I'm really having a blast getting into animating in Poser.
