Clay, look under the upper most banner "Art Gallery"  or Welcome to Renderosity Forums".  There you will see a link .  When you click that the CSS editor box will be near the bottom of the page. Copy/paste the script into that box and save.

I use nruddock's script and tweaked it to my own color choices.  The screen shot is what I liked better than his original choices.  I can give you the colors I used or you can google for "css color codes" and come up with your own.  I've got on small issue yet but at least I got away from blow your eyes out blue.
