I've had issues with P7's exe on and off since the last SR.  Sometimes the only way to fix the issue is to back up your runtime, uninstall it and do a reinstall.

 

I think it has to do with the Poser 7 installing to the eFrontier folder in your folder tree and then the last SR changing short cut and some other registry entries so that Poser 7 shows up in the Smith Micro start menu folder rather than the eFrontiers.  This is the only Poser SR that does that. 

 

Don't bother sending to SMS tech support about it.  You will get a polite response that they no longer offer tech support for Poser 7.
