There is no point in contacting Tech Support until there is a public release of OS X Lion. Right now there are only developer prereleases of Mac OS X Lion, for which neither Apple nor Smith Micro provides customer support. In fact, providing tech support for any beta software from Apple would be a violation of the non-disclosure agreement that one has to agree to in order to get access to Apple's prerelease software.
Since you seem to have access to OS X Lion, I would guess you like everyone else have a non-disclosure agreement with Apple prohibiting you from talking about OS X Lion to anyone.
