For the last day or so I've been loading characters, poses, etc. directly from Windows Explorer as suggested by BB. I haven't had a chance to test this out thoroughly, but unless I hit a show stopper I'm likely to abandon the Poser Library window entirely.
Explorer is faster, more flexible, and the drag and drop feature doesn't suddenly quit working as it does with th Library window.
