ssgbryan, I have had really good response from Jared Nielson of DAZ Tech Support regarding products that came in OS9 installers. Jared emailed converted files which I then installed manually.

Since then though I've figured out that it's easy just to download the PC version, switch to Windows on my hybrid Mac, run the installer and then transfer the files back over to the Mac and manually install them.

 

The issue is you won't know whether or not the installer will work until after you have purchased it.  I shouldn't have to contact ANYBODY.  It isn't like they didn't know about the problem, they just didn't want to address it.  Yet one more example of bad DAZ business practices.
