From Smith-Micro's website ***Knowledge Base***--their own statement about Poser 8 and MAC OS 10.7:

Not Lion compatible.

But all future versions of Poser And Poser Pro will be.

I've also found that P8 does work in 10.7, with the few minor issues mentioned above.

No word yet from S-M on an upgrade date.
