Using the multi-rep function I created an image file with 10 squares across, 5 lines deep. Each has a different material. The image is named Mat 1 and is saved with my regular bryce images in a folder for mats. The same thing can be done for objects albeit on a smaller scale. Having to do work-arounds for problems that should have been fixed years ago seems an indigenous problem with Bryce.
