I'm terrible in Studio myself, but 2 things help me immensely...

Lantios DayLights and Dimension Theorys Light sets/props...

Between those 2, you'd be set w/ regards to lighting... I don't find that lighting methods, techniques or practices are transferable between programs, so what I do in C8Pro or Bryce doesn't even apply in Studio, so I am "rather obligated" to use presets for lights... If Studio were my main app, I'd invest more time to learning how to do it myself, but for that I have no qualms against the "one click" solution.
