Subject: I want to save pose animations for v4 to library...help

I have a problem

I save a 30 frame animation using the victoria model.

I dont use morph or body translation options.

If I then apply this pose animation to a V4 character like brooke , the face always morphs back to Victoria.

how do you rememdy this?

When you save the pose, make sure you do NOT save anything in the body Transformation or  morph channels window which will likely be the  2nd window to pop up. This should keep you from losing any morphs all ready there when the pose is applied.

Open the pose in a text editor like wordpad, and search for Head. Then read through that section looking for any morph settings. If you find any edit out that part manually.

Try saving the pose again and make sure you dont select any morphs.

Hmmm, that seems like an awful lot of extra work. Just resaving the pose and not selecting any morphs should get the same results.

yes , but he says in his original post that he has done that.  Opening the pose file in a text editor and checking for morphs will confirm that.   In my post above its do the first to see if any morphs were saved in the pose , and then save the pose again and be certain morphs is not selected.
