A pose file would move the eyes, and if when you save the pose you tell it to include the morphs, you could morph the face and move the eyes at the same time. Then just tell people after they apply the pose, to lock the eyes, so that they don't accidently move them when/if they apply a new pose... that could be the easiest way to solve you eye moving trouble...
