You have to open up the FC2 in an editor (I use CR2 Edit) and copy the eye settings across from a CR2 to your face file, resave and that's it, I just whish I'd known about it when I did the faces for my Ultimate Charger set If using custom morphs the face file would only work with a model that has them applied though.
