Have you looked into the utilties on PhilC's page?  Seems like making a body suit would be pretty simple, and something you could do yourself.  The dynamic bits can't be too difficult.  Also, Cage has some python scripts that could probably be used to make a simple belt.  I don't know how Simon is mapped, but it looks like you have a good start on making textures anyway ...
