Has anyone tried this product yet.

Does it work in poser?  Does it have a PZ3?

Well, the product is in the DAZ/Poser catagory, so I'm assuming it works in Poser ;).

For some reason I am dubious about that, just reading through the list of what is included.

Well it does say the following on its MP page: Product Requirements: Daz 2.3 or later, Poser 7 or later

One would assume then that it would be usable in Poser.  However, what one may assume, and what in fact is, are not always one and the same!  Caveat Emptor!

I've been burnt just recently when i bought a scene by humster3d

It said it would work in programs that can import 3ds but when I imported the things were exploded.

Try importing those 3ds things into something like either Wings or Anim8or, and then reexport as an object. Or if you have a version of 3ds Max 2009, you can export specifically for Poser Objects.

Erm, you can also look into the Readme File  (in case you have not found it yet, see illustration). Still no guarantee, but pp2 and mtl files usually suggest poser :-)

pp2 sounds good - i missed that.

Please read my reviews on a few of Trustyles products.  You will see that he has really made an effort to convert most of his products to Poser Native format (house, boys+girls bedroom, nursery are the one's I've purchased..the adult bedroom, I'm not sure he has yet..but I suggest you ask him).  In a word, they are excellent.  Perhaps some of the best in this store.  The entire scene loads at once, and all props can be saved as individual PP2, as well as being movable (drawers open/close, fans spin, etc). It renders quickly.  I'm quessing he's rendering in some higher end app (perhaps 3dsmax) for those promos, but the poser renders come out nearly identical with the appropriate light setups.  What you see is, literally, what you get.

Unlike humster3d and some other vendors that I've tried as well (big disappointment as far as poser compatibility and what you really get after purchase), this vendor makes a great effort to listen to purchaser feedback and correct/update his products so they are fully poser compatible.  He also responded to any of my requests/issues quickly.  His stuff is definitely worth the money.

I agree with Ridley5.

TruStyle's products are excellent. The adult bedroom had some problems but they were quickly fixed. All other products are great. I have the laundryroom in my cart, so I have not tried it yet.

Yes, TruForm - Files are stored in a folder called TruStyles, that is why I got confused

(and Ridley5 apparently as well)

But it is the same vendor

thanks everyone. I will definitely get this.  the more scenes with premade clutter the more I will buy.

I tried TruForm's "Kitchen Add-on Pack" available here in the free stuff last night. The models are very nice but the materials are very basic and did not render anything like his promo. But once I replaced the materials (which I do with most stuff anyway) I was very pleased with the results.

I know TruForm 'personally' from the chat room here. He's always included the OBJ's with his stuff for use in any software, but just recently started making actual Poser props, etc.

So if it says Poser and Daz on the requirements, I'm pretty sure it IS compatible with those programs.

And BTW, I believe his promos are rendered in Vue.

Yes, Truform..my apologies.  I was looking at my runtime when I noticed this post lol.  I've been checking out all the room themed sets recently and I found his to be of the highest quality.  I'm glad people agree, and I hope to see more good reviews from others as his products rightly deserve.  Vue, hmm..good to know, have to try some renders there tonight.
