Why wait for something thats available today ;) 

Philc had a freebie set of cloth parameters on his site, I dont know if that had a script to save settings or not.

That script should work in Poser 6 and up.

OH, a caution--- the script assumes only one cloth sim in a scene. It needs a change if you have more than 1 sim, to let you pick which one to change.
