Yes Low Poly cars so we can populate the streets of City Blocks with out causing a traffic jam on our processors when trying to render with high poly cars will just make all you store items much more valuable and advantageous to use.

Have a few low poly prop cars that work in brackground as fillers. But City blocks is a very popular place, so one would expect more then 2 or 3 cars on the street or parked at the curb to fill out a scene.
