Essentially yes. The first time i installed poser, it displayed a blank white window for the library, but you can close that by unchecking it in poser's window-menu. Poser remembers this and never tries to open it again (unless you do a reset to factory state or so). It might even be possible that the installer tried to install flash, i cannot remember exactly, but luckily it did not depend on it.
