We figured it out! (well, with the help of someone on the Adobe Forums)
Okay, my 64bit programs not running on Win7 64bit - it was my Wacom drivers! For those having this problem, uninstall your CURRENT Intuos4 drivers, and reinstall version 6.1.2-5 and they should all run just fine!
