My workflow depends on how I start but eventually the branches are the same:

 

Create a sculpt in ZBrush  - retopo in Topogun - uvmap in UVLayout - group in UVMapper - rig in latest version of Poser Pro - texture in ZBrush and Photshop - create morphs in Silo/Modo

 

or

 

Model in Silo/Modo - sculpt in Zbrush - uvmap in UVlayout - group in UVMapper - Texture in ZBrush and Photoshop - create morphs in Silo/Modo - rig in latest version of Poser Pro.
