If you bought the character at Daz, then you can go there and look in your account settings and reset your download for the item.

I'm not familiar with the character though.

I do remember a robot type character was available for sale at RDNA about a year or so ago, but was discontinued because of copyright issues.  But I don't know if this is the chararcter or not.
