yes, I see that now.  colour #007cad can be eliminated from headers using css cut/paste, but #007cad in the table cell bgs (e.g. the ones for community and advert to the right) are not declared in any of the 3 sheets called for each page.  but there's still hope, mind ye.  however, i can't use Explorer (OS X).
