A new system won't make Silo more developed than what it is now (even deader than Hexagon, really a notable achievement).

If you still don't use Blender, do try it. B.t.w. they have now really started working actively with several people on BMesh and they are going to restart the NURBS branch (the only two important modeling facets still missing from Blender); when they will be in, I will stop salivating at Modo screen shots.
