Unfortunately the right to speak freely is also against the Daz TOS. That's what got me banned the first time. Wdupre, ex-moderator at Daz can tell you all about it.

It's not "probably" and what you don't mention is that after your begging (if you are lucky) you will be sent a "your case is being considered" type of email by their main moderator following which you will be ignored for the remainder of your life by said moderator. Unless you use some clever tactics such as the Dan Farr Flanking Maneuver.
