Going thru the same thing in reverse where I work, but that's a different story.
But I have to laugh. There are how many registered PC members? There are how many other buyers non-PC. So 5 to 12 people leave and take a couple hundred in sales for an entire year. I bet the receptionist makes more then that a week!!!!! And how many new customers did Daz get in the last 90 days? I'm gone. Their history because I left...NOT!!!!
It's only natural for a CEO or a sales manager to fret over negative noise no matter how small or how many people are involved when it happens, until they learn they are better off ignoring and spending their time getting back to the things that increase their sales and or profits.
How does that saying go...something like...you can make some of the people happy some of the time. But you can't make all of the people happy all of the time.
