Here you go, try this. Again I don't have time to test it at the moment, so fingers crossed again. Please let me know if it works for you.

Hides the standard body parts, except 'Body', from the menus and cursor selection. You will still be able to select the parts via the Hierarchy Editor. Should work on V4 and M4 and conformers made for those figures, or any figures that have the same body parts. It will not hide none standard body parts, eg wings, laser cannon, etc, which is probably a good thing. May not work correctly in Poser versions prior to P6. Note that when you first apply the pose, the currently selected body part will not be hidden untill you select something else.
