However, it is possible to reimplement what the zones do via weight mapping, with no improvements. This is a one click operation. If SM actually converted the figures to weight mapping, and did no more than just the conversion, then you will see the exact same bends as before. Did they advertise better bending, or just say that the figures are now weight mapped? inquiring minds want to know.

I'm thinking that's exactly what they did judging by another Alyson thread. The joints looked just as bad as before..lol.
