Select first figure
Goto Figure => Symmetry =>Swap Right and left

Do the same for second figure

Now select first figure body => translate over X
Select and move second figure body => translate over X

 

Or Poser 9/PP2012 just right click on figure => Symmetry => swap Right and Left
And translate the body's over X
