WW does not have Genesis support so it won't do you much good. 

The only script I know that will turn an obj into a cr2 is PhilC's Obj2Cr2 script but again, when it comes to Genesis, it's a no go.

Poser can't read DSF or DS native format files and there is no geom file or cr2 file like there were for previous figures. 

As stated above, you could buy DAZ's CCT's.  If you don't have one of the upgrade paths, the full CCT's will cost you $200.  Or you could buy DS4Pro.
