Would seem to fall foul of "the injured victim is not visible" => bit of victim obsviously visible, and "Images of minor ... bloody wounds that have already occurred" => brain removal and mastication not minor.

Best course of action is to contact one of the mods or coords and get them to give you a ruling, rather than waiting for one to spot this thread (as nobody's opinion but the appropriate member of staff's means much however entertaining or eloquent they might be).
