What operating system are you using?  If you are using Windows 7 then you can search for your content by typing "runtime" in windows search box.  This will list all of the folders that have the name runtime, which is where your content will be. From there you'll be able to find the location.

You can also do this with the search feature in older versions of Windows where you search for folders.  My assumption is that Macs do this as well but are probably more user friendly.
