Quote - Can you copy the files to your hard drive into a folder and run all the .exe's from there?

I had the same problem when installing Pro2012 and Kaspersky on my new computer so I copied the files to the hard drive and it worked. Don't know what the problem was, possibly the dvd drive not fast enough.
