Not quite clear cut, up to the mods to make the final call.
Stuff incorrectly posted to the MP Showcase forum usually gets moved quickly, but the post to the MP Support forum does make it look much more suspicious, as does the incorrect tag usage (which suggests that who/what ever made the post didn't take much notice of what the post actually ended up like).
