Subject: I got Victoria's feet stuck to the ground. Legs bend but feet stay stuck.

Or right click on the figure in PP2012

Right clicking on anything in Poser brings up a menu with the most common tasks fior that item.
IK is in the right click menu for a figure.

Right click on figures, props, lights, and experiment.
