The CR2 Exporter is included now in DS4 (even the free version) and your downloads should reflect a recent reset of the program. (Mine does. YMMV)

before attempting export. It will save some fustration.

I doubt the Cr2 exporter exists as a standalone. I think you need to update your version of DS4 to the latest download.
V5 is not fully supported in PP2012, since although you can port loaded morphs and weight mapping essentially works, none of the other Genesis-specific features are supported by Poser, at least at this point.
