My hubbie asked what system you are running. He may be able to figure out the problem with the demo on your computer. I do know that I get a message when I open my ZBrush that says "WinTab services are not available." Then it opens with no problem. Gee...what a great help I am. Anyway...My husband may be able to help. But if you can't get Ofer to respond....I would have to wonder about the customer service also. I rarely ever contact customer service about things....my hubbie usually figures it out for me. LOL!
