LOL, Peter!  Yours reminds me of a quilt I once saw, called "Sick of Sunbonnet Sue".  It had Sunbonnet Sue meeting grisly ends.  My favorite was the silhouette of Sunbonnet Sue inside a snake.  (Sunbonnet Sue is a quilting pattern of  a little girl in a sunbonnet used ad nauseam in children's quilts.)
